On 7/30/16 at approximately 16:20 two subjects entered the
parking lot of Hale’s Jewelers at 532 Haywood Road on a motorcycle. The subject
on the back entered the store while the driver waited in the parking lot. The subject
that entered the store kept his helmet on. After entering the store he pulled a gun
from a bag that was over his shoulder and walked to a jewelry case. He broke the
glass to the case by using the gun and began removing jewelry from the case.
After taking the jewelry the suspect left the store, got back on the motorcycle and
fled the area with the driver.
