1. How long is the Criminal Domestic Violence (CDV) program?

The program is 26 weeks long as required by state statute.

2. Does the CDV program cost anything?

Some programs start at $25 per session.

3. What happens if I do/did not show up on assigned date?

The agency will notify the court that you did not show and terminate you. You will also be subject to a Failure to Comply charge, which carries a fine of $500 and/or 30 days in jail.

You need to contact Greenville Municipal Court at 864-467-6650 for re-sentencing.
